I help people searching for the thing that means they've 'made it' realize that life, and every experience in it, is fun. Client experiences included.

This isn't surface-level.

WE BELIEVE

Source: You are the source of your experiences, not a bystander in them

Power: You've always had the power to build differently

Fun: Life is fun. All of it.

THIS MISSION IS PERSONAL

Before I deployed to Afghanistan, my sister gave me a St. Michael medallion. On the back, she'd had it engraved: Fly Fearless.

It wasn't a metaphor. I was a CH-47 Chinook Flight Engineer, the only female in maintenance, then the only female in my flight company. Flying fearless was literally my job description.

I wore that medallion on my dog tags. Somewhere along the way, the engraving wore off from wear, from weather, from just being lived in. Then the connecting link broke, and it fell off the chain entirely while I was overseas. I thought it was gone. Not misplaced, gone. I looked for it. I couldn't find it.

After accepting it was gone forever, lost in Afghanistan, that same medallion fell out of my laundry that was sent out a while back. There it was, with its broken top, on my bed. From there, it stayed in my left breast pocket in my uniform. The words are permanent now too, tattooed close to my heart. Today, the medallion sits on my desk.

I've spent years as an Army Chinook Flight Engineer. Strong, capable, and the one people counted on.

I also spent years keeping people at a distance, saying yes when I meant no, and choosing people and situations that reflected back exactly what I believed about myself deep down. I looked fine on the outside. Inside, I was exhausted and couldn't figure out why I kept ending up in the same place.

It wasn't until I could finally see the root that everything shifted.

Fly Fearless exists for the searchers. The people chasing whatever's supposed to finally mean they've 'made it,' and wondering why it never feels like enough. The ones ready to stop performing, stop guessing, and start building something that actually reflects who they are. And have fun doing it.

The work I do now is the work that changed my life first.
